As SVP, Content Development Alex leads Firstborn’s Studio, a team of creators and technologists dedicated to creating content for multiple screens and platforms, as well as VR and AR experiences. He is a regular speaker and panelist at various conferences on current trends and the future of VR and AR, and pushes the studio team to innovate in new mediums.

Prior to Firstborn, Alex was the Founder and Executive Producer of Bigstar, a NY-based design and production studio. While at Bigstar he produced content for clients like HBO, ESPN, Ford, Lexus and Reebok to name a few. He also produced title sequences for films such as Food Inc., and the Academy Award Winning documentary Inside Job.

Alex is a Buffalo native, and has lived in NYC for 13 years, and currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife Sara, his 2-year-old daughter Vera and his dog Luna.
